I rolled the message up and put it in the satchel of one of the birds before sending it off in the direction of Naruto and his team.

I glanced out over the setting suns red hue across the sky and let out a low sigh.
"I'm sure it's nothing," I muttered to myself as I turned to return to my office again.
But it just...
It feels wrong.
It feels like when she disappeared.
I don't like this feeling.
Kakashi's PoV
Shizune had just finished explaining the plan, it'd been about half an hour since y/n had gone off to keep an eye out on the surrounding area for us.
"Alright, everyone knows what they're doing? Let's go then!" Shizune announced clearly, everyone moved into their groups and prepared to leave.
"Wait!" Shino called out loudly from his place beside the window, we looked at him, "a message is coming."
"A message?" I questioned before sticking my arm out the window just as one of the sands messenger birds flew near and landed onto my arm with a tight grip.
"It's from the sand," Yamato pointed out, I pulled my arm back in and pulled the message out and read it.
"We need to find y/n," I told them.
"Why? She is ok isn't she?" Lee questioned. I looked at him.
"The sand ninja have a bad feeling and they want y/n to return back home immediately," I told them. Lee's face dropped.
"Please allow me to find her," he requested quickly. I frowned.
"When did you two become so buddy-buddy?" Kiba asked Lee with a brow raised.
"When she visited with Temari. We became friends through our love for taijutsu!" Lee tells us.
"Lee, I understand you are her friend, but we need you somewhere else. Naruto, you'll go and find her," I looked at the blonde. He looked at me confused but nodded.
It'll be good to get him away from here for a while.
I doubt much will happen but just for now...
"I'm trusting you Naruto, find her, bring her to me," I told him firmly, making it as clear as I could that this was an important and serious job that I was giving him.
"Alright, don't worry, Kakashi sensei, I'll find her," he told me, jabbing his thumb towards himself with a grin, "believe it."
I couldn't help but to let out a small sigh before giving him a swift nod.
"Alright, everyone go to where you're assigned," I turned back to the group, getting the job back on track again before leaving the sand messenger bird on the railing of the balcony. I won't send it away until I have messages for the sand.

"It's the kid," I muttered as I saw Yukimaru sat with that woman. The crystal style user.
I need to find y/n before I go after them... But if I don't then I might lose this opportunity to save Yukimaru from Guren. What do I do?
f*ck it. I'm going after Yukimaru and Guren.
Sorry y/n, you'll have to wait.
You're strong, I'm sure you'll be fine alone for a little bit longer. I swear I'll find you next!

I watched as the leaf ninja fought the 3 tails, Orochimaru's test subjects, and then fled the area.
Moving to the shadows where they were all stood I listened into their conversation. Times like these are best to gather information on the enemy.
"Naruto! You did not find her?" an annoying kid with a bowl cut and a green jumpsuit shouted at the Naruto kid.
"I didn't! I got caught up with the crystal user and then I got eaten!" Naruto shouted back.
"We need to find her," a jounin with fish like eyes spoke up.
"Byakugan!" the small Hyuga girl shouted, veins popping out the side and around her eyes and forehead.
"Come on, Akamaru, find her scent, boy," the wild looking boy spoke to what I could only assume to be a ninja hound, or I'd be questioning just what the hell he was thinking. The dog simply barked back in a response and started sniffing around before running off. I followed the group silently until they reached the space that I'd left Lady y/n's body earlier.
Huh?
She wasn't there anymore.
Lady y/n's body was missing.
Did she wake up?

The group all stopped and glanced around the area.
"Her scent stops here," the wild boy reports to the other ninja.
"I can't see her around here either," the Hyuga announced quickly.
I'm sorry—are you saying she just vanished?! Impossible!
"It's like she just... Disappeared?" the girl with two buns in her hair speaks up.
I couldn't help but to stare at them. There's a whole ass missing person, and no one seems to care much? The hell—where did y/n go? She was here! I swear she was here!
"This won't be the first time then," the female jounin spoke up quickly causing everyone to look at her.
"What do you mean, Shizune?" the white haired jounin asked.
"The day you guys started your journey back to the leaf village after rescuing Gaara from the Akatsuki, we got a message the day after from the sand village, requesting help from the anbu to try and find y/n after she'd just disappeared," the lady known as Shizune told them. I listened in interest.
I left an unconscious y/n and come back to see her nowhere, no trace.
Did she just disappear again like she did back then again?
My, my, the more I learn about the new y/n, the more I'm certain she'd fit right on in back at home.
"We didn't find her anywhere, then apparently, the day Lord Gaara dismissed the leaf's anbu and decided to stop searching, she just appeared again. Walking across the sand back towards the wall," Shizune continued.
"No way!" a pink haired girl and a blonde hair girl with a strange side fringe both exclaimed in shock.
"That's such a coincidence," the fish eyed guy Mumbles, "we need to send a message to Lord Gaara either way."
"I'll send one before we leave," the white-haired guy announced before disappearing soundlessly,
"Interesting..." I muttered before particulating my body anddisappearing into the wind. Time to go back to Lord f/n and Lady m/n and reportall I've learned. They'll be quite interested in what I've found out recently.
